Admission to the course requires evidence of an entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife) or the general higher education entrance qualification (allgemeine Hochschulreife) or the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (fachgebundene Hochschulreife) or an entrance qualification recognised as equivalent by the responsible state bodies or an entrance qualification as set out in Section 49 (4) and (5) Higher Education Act (HG) and - either a vocational training contract as a computer scientist in application development, digital networking or system integration or comparable vocational training with a training company, with which Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts has signed a framework agreement for degree programmes with vocational and academic elements (cooperation agreement), - or a committee elected by the Computer Science faculty council shall decide on the relevance of comparable vocational training as a computer scientist in application development, digital networking or system integration; the committee shall be made up of two full-time teachers and one academic assistant.
