The University of Regensburg offers the research degree program in Physics. Normally, the research degree course starts in the third or fourth study semester of the winter semester or summer semester of each year, but upon consultation, lateral entry is possible at almost any time. For regular entry, students of a Bachelor's degree in Physics of all German universities can apply during the second or third study semesterr.
