In the dual-subject Bachelor's degree programme, alongside the core subject of Romance Studies/Spanish and a further core subject, an inter-disciplinary professional qualification area is completed, which, depending on the career goal, comprises the core curriculum Teacher Education (IKC) or the acquisition of key competences based on the 4-Steps+ model. Depending on the professional goal, core subjects that can be combined are: English Studies/English, Biology, Chemistry, Educational Science, Protestant Theology/Religion, Geography/Earth Sciences, German Studies/German, History, Computer Science, Catholic Theology/Religion, Art History, Art Education/Art, Latin, Mathematics, Musicology/Music, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Romance Studies/French, Romance Studies/Italian, Sociology, Sports Science/Sport, Environmental Systems Science or Economics Romance Studies/Spanish can also be chosen as a minor subject in combination with the major subjects of Biology, Chemistry, Protestant Theology/Religion, Geography, Art Education/Art, Mathematics or Physics.
