The Bachelor's programme "Roman Cultures: Communication, Language, Literature ”(Bachelor of Arts) at the Philipps University in Marburg offers you the opportunity to choose from - five languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan). - study in a family atmosphere and in manageable learning groups. - to experience a practice-oriented degree. - to participate in exciting project work abroad. The course aims to educate students who act professionally in the areas of linguistic communication, cultural analysis and interaction in the context of Romance languages and cultures and with a with scientific foundation can thus correspond to current social tasks and responsibilities of academic education. In order to do justice to these goals, on the one hand a focus in the area of cultural transfer, comparison and translation is set\; and on the other hand language training is intensified. Finally, a job-oriented area (including key qualifications) is provided, through which the students are in contact with the world of work from the beginning and then throughout the course of study and continuously reflect, expand and sharpen their individual profile. The course also benefits from a large number of smaller Romance languages and interdisciplinary networking opportunities.
