The subject German can be studied in any teaching qualification course. For the Teaching Qualification for Primary Schools, German is a required subject. General objectives of the degree course The degree course in German is focused on German language and literature from its beginnings to the present day. It deals with media forms and with current developments in the field of cultural studies. The didactics of the German language and literature are of particular importance. Tips for a degree course in German Lectures and seminars in German are held almost exclusively at Holländischer Platz (HoPla). The area library 2 is also located there.
