The course is aimed at graduates with a first professional degree in Degree programmes in the field of Chemistry, Environmental and Process Engineering or one that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the amount of 180 credits and subject-related study at a university or higher education institution in Germany or abroad.

Admission requirements

A subject related requirement is proof of academic achievement in natural science subjects to the extent of at least 120 credit points, of which at least 100 must be in chemical subjects or process engineering. Furthermore, English language skills at level B2 according to CEFR must be proven by submitting appropriate language certificates or school certificates or through an admission interview. International applicants are required to provide proof of command of German at the level of a DSH test (stage 2), a TestDaF (TDN 4) or a recognised equivalent.
