Target group
The course is aimed at graduates with a first professional degree in Degree programmes in the field of , Theology, Ancient Sciences, Ancient History or one that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the amount of 180 credits and subject-related study at a university or equivalent higher education institution in Germany or abroad.
Admission requirements
A subject related requirement is proof of a degree course in the social sciences or humanities, theology or a first state examination for a teaching qualification with a final grade of at least 2.2. If the final grade is less than 2.2, admission may still be granted, provided that the curriculum vitae and letter of motivation indicate a particular aptitude. Proof of English language skills at level B1 according to CEFR must be provided. International applicants are required to provide proof of command of German at the level of a DSH test (stage 2), a TestDaF (TDN 4) or a recognised equivalent.
