Target group
The completion of the Master's degree Teaching Qualification for Vocational Schools for subject-specific Bachelor’s degrees (LBS-Sprint) is the requirement for applying for the traineeship for the Teaching Qualification for Vocational Schools. The degree course has been explicitly designed for students who have already completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Nursing and would like to work as a teacher at a vocational school.
Annotation
Evidence of completed vocational training must be provided with the application for the vocational specialisation in Nursing. Applications can be submitted for the vocational specialisations in Electrical Engineering and Metal Technology for the summer and winter semesters; for the vocational specialisation in Nursing for the winter semester only. The specialisation in Nursing is offered by Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts at its campus. Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the University of Hannover cooperate in the field of Nursing. Admission requirements
The LBS-Sprint Master's degree course is aimed at graduateswho have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Nursing. The requirement for admission is a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned areas. The subject-related didactics are studied in the chosen professional specialisation of Metals Technology, Electrical Engineering or Nursing, Vocational and Business Education and a teaching subject.
