Target group
The postgraduate Master's degree in Decision Management (Professional Public Decision Making) is designed for prospective students with work experience who would like to acquire the skills to deal with complex decision situations. With this inter-occupational course, you will gain the skills needed to manage multifaceted decision processes in a focused manner. The inter-disciplinary and inter-occupational Master's degree programme is aimed at specialists and managers in public administration, political parties, NGOs, associations and public and private companies.

The programme offers a systematic and academically sound qualification for public decision-making. The following subjects are involved: Economics, Political Science, Law, Philosophy, Sociology, Computer Science.
Admission requirements
Admission requirements for the degree course Decision Management (Professional Public Decision Making): 1) A first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree with pass/fail courses worth at least 180 credit points according to ECTS (exemption for applicants without a first certificate of academic degree may be possible), 2) relevant professional experience of generally at least two years 3) if necessary, German language skills in accordance with the requirements of the University of Bremen, 4) English language skills that corresponds with level B1 (of the GeR), 5) the submission of a portfolio and 6) a passed entrance examination.
