The Augsburg Master's degree course in German Language and Literature builds on a very good literary and linguistic basis, including a corresponding foundation in dealing with texts from the Middle Ages. In the literature courses, it is therefore necessary for you to have strong language skills which will enable you to read, compare and scientifically describe demanding texts independently.
