Annotation
More sustainability in companies and society through creative processes and design management Sustainability – the equal consideration of ecological, economic and social aspects and interactions – is becoming increasingly important in companies and management processes. At the same time, design is playing an increasingly important role as an engine for innovation and complexity-oriented mediation. Therefore, the degree course in Sustainable Design Management (MA) brings all three areas together by placing sustainability, design and management in relation to each other. Students acquire innovative problem-solving skills in the context of sustainable development. Depending on the course variant (there are variants with 2, 3 or 4 semesters), the degree course includes sustainability modules focusing on "Planet", "People" and "Prosperity" as well as management modules from the areas of "Frameworks", "Entrepreneurship" and "Transformation". The degree course is conducted by the ecosign Academy in Cologne in cooperation with the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.
