Admission requirements to the course is a first university degree recognised in Germany as qualifying for a profession or a degree from a state or state-recognised university of cooperative education in the subject area of biology or in courses of study with a closely related subject orientation such as forestry, agroecology, nature conservation and landscape planning or geoecology. English language skills at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages are required. Proof can be provided, for example, by presenting a certificate of a completed language test, such as the Paper-Based TOEFL Test, Computer-Based TOEFL Test, Internet-Based TOEFL Test or IELTS Test, if English is not the native language of the applicant and this can be proven by a school leaving certificate.
