Annotation
The Bachelor's degree programme in Climate Engineering is an interface degree course at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. It innovatively combines skills from the fields of Architecture and Building Physics, promotes interactions and concludes with the 'Bachelor of Engineering'. The content is oriented towards the increasing energy and design requirements in the fields of architecture and urban planning. Sustainable architecture with integrative technical solutions and quantitative assessment procedures is required.
Admission requirements
The study places are awarded after an internal university aptitude assessment procedure. General admission requirements in accordance with the State Higher Education Act (Landeshochschulgesetz) are: General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification certificate, subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or equivalent foreign educational qualifications. Vocational training in a state-recognised degree course-specific training occupation is taken into account in the application process. A very good academic degree in training vocation, as well as an excellent letter of motivation, can lead to an increase in the university entrance qualification grade.
