The state of Baden-Württemberg charges tuition fees of EUR 1,500 per semester for non-EU foreign applicants who have not completed their general higher education entrance qualification within the EU. Second degree course fees of EUR 650 per semester are charged for taking up a second Bachelor's or Master's degree programme after completing a first Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
