Annotation
Psychology deals with conscious and unconscious psychological processes in humans. The experience, behaviour and action of every individual is a central component of this department. Scientific methods are used to research the laws governing the way people think, feel and act. Psychology thus makes it easier to deal with people and understand what they are doing. In the future-oriented study of Business Psychology, you deal with the question of how people behave in an economic environment. The interdisciplinary course focuses on the application in the work, personnel and organisational area of commercial enterprises. The course focuses on key psychological and business skills. Business psychologists understand the connections between the individual, company and society. At the interface of these two departments, after completing your degree you will work as an expert in the field of Business Psychology - and thus represent an important function for the management of companies.
