Admission requirements
LLB degree from a Bachelor's degree course of at least 6 semesters or a Diplom degree in Business Law from a university covered by the German Higher Education Framework Act (Hochschulrahmengesetz) with a grade of 2.5 or better (in the case of a degree obtained abroad: with the endorsement of the examination committee). OR a degree in Law specialising in Business Law with evidence of the necessary knowledge in the field of Economics. OR a BA or Diplom degree in Economics specialising in Business Law with evidence of specialist knowledge in accordance with the module handbook. If the additional achievement certificates amounting to 20 credit points are not available, the proof of adequate knowledge in the relevant subject areas can also be provided by means of a written examination. Proof of English language skills: IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 80 / Duolingo Certificate 95 / PTE Academics 58 or equivalent tests.
