Among other things, the internationally-oriented study programme offers specialised and methodological skills for specialists and executives in social organisations as well as an opportunity to acquire skills for the self-reflection of leadership activities.

first completed university degree or passed qualifying examination at least two years of professional experience after graduation, a managerial position or a deputy managerial position in an organisation, or an intention to obtain an equivalent qualification, Professional activity amounting to at least 30-50% of a post In Hessen, applicants without a first qualifying degree qualifying them for a profession may, under certain conditions, be admitted to further education courses leading to an academic degree. At the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt it is possible to gain access to a Master's degree course in Non-profit Management without a first academic degree by passing an aptitude test.
