Academically qualified junior staff who have already taken on managerial management tasks or wish to handle such tasks in the future. Especially employees whose specialist position corresponds to their first academic degree or who have achieved this through a "career change" as well as academically trained young entrepreneurs and junior managers

Admission requirements
A successfully completed university degree comprising at least six theoretical semesters in a non-economics degree course or an equivalent domestic or foreign degree, generally worth 210 ECTS credits, but no less than 180 credits, as well as qualified professional experience, acquired in at least three years of postgraduate professional experience. In addition, robust knowledge of the English language, comparable to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which allows students to attend courses taught in English and to work with specialist literature in English.

Tuition fee
EUR 13,900 in total (4 x EUR 3,475, payable in 2 instalments each; incl. digital teaching materials), plus student union fee/student transport pass for the RVV network; from the 6th semester and for each additional semester, the following costs are incurred:: EUR 250, plus student contribution fee/student transport pass for the RVV network
