Future graduates may work, in agreement with the above-mentioned course objectives, in mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering and electronics, the automotive and aerospace industry and automation technology, in robotics, microsystems and precision engineering as well as media technology, in the field of energy systems and high-voltage engineering, electric drives and power electronics, regenerative energy innovations, audio and video technologies, intelligent power grids, energy-efficient IT systems, fast transmission technologies and optimised medical technology.

Admission requirements

A first qualifying technical degree with a minimum grade of 2.9 and 210 credit points according to ECTS or a closely related academic degree with a minimum grade of 2.9 and 210 ECTS credits. If the previous study comprises at least 180 and less than 210 ECTS points, the missing credits will have to be made up.
