Target group
The aim of the course is to qualify for higher-level organisational and technological management and design tasks in broad fields of computer science with a special focus on new technologies. It is based on the teaching of in-depth application-oriented knowledge on a scientific basis. For taking on higher-level management tasks, overall management capability is purposefully strengthened by teaching methods and social skills.
Admission requirements
A Bachelor's degree with a grade of at least 2, and at least 120 CP for basic technical and economic skills in Mathematics, Computer Science, Algorithms and Data Structures, Programming and Databases, Software Engineering, IT Security, Business Administration and Project Management. Proof of command of English to at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Recognised forms of proof can be found in Section 7 of the Examination Regulations for the Information Engineering Master's degree course. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree obtained outside the Bologna area (members of the European Higher Education Area) also need the following proof of qualification: GRE with a minimum percentile of 64% in Quantitative Reasoning as part of the test
