A key issue in human resources and staff management is therefore: what are the key factors that influence employee satisfaction and productivity? In the dual study programme in Human Resources and Staff Management, you will learn in a practical setting how to work with people in relation to economic and legal topics. You will deal with areas such as Operational Human Resources and Staff Management, Occupational and Organisational Psychology as well as Staff and Corporate Management. You will apply what you have learned directly at your practice partner.
