Today, real estate needs to be completely reassessed as it is becoming increasingly larger and more complex. Due to this development, Facility Management has established itself as an important management discipline that sustainably accompanies real estate through its life cycle. In the distance learning degree course in Facility Management, you will learn how to foresightedly plan real estate – i.e. how management costs have to be taken into account in terms of sustainability and efficiency.
