Annotation
In essence, it is about how companies can remain successful and 'decent' under the functional conditions of capitalist market economies and in an ever-changing world of work. It is important to find your feet in companies as social systems and to use the acquired skills and competencies effectively. Digitalisation has changed many processes and procedures. There are new challenges to overcome, not least the inclusion of the virtual workplace, collaboration in virtual teams, the automation of processes and the use of data science.
