Admission requirements

Bachelor's degree or a comparable degree in a Social or Cultural Studies course (e.g. Social Work, Social Education, Education, Psychology or similar) or a degree in relevant subjects in the field of Culture, Aesthetics, Media (e.g. Art, Literature, Music, New Media, Sport) with at least 210 ECTS points and an average grade of at least 2.5 and -relevant practical experience amounting to at least 640 hours of work (for students with the Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Social Education, this is covered by the module for recognition by the state). -If the number of applications fulfilling the requirements specified in the first two points exceeds the number of places available, a further applicant selection procedure will take place. This will take into account: The average grade of the Bachelor's degree and/or of four successful examination results in modules of the first degree course concerned with the following subject areas: Movement and Experiential Education, Digital Media, Mass Media and Computer-Mediated Communication, Cultural Work/Cultural Education and other modules in the area Culture, Aesthetics, Media, and die Note einer ca. 15 minütigen mündlichen Prüfung.
