Admission requirements
The Graecum (Greek language examination) and the Latinum (Latin language examination) are required for the degree course in the major subject of Greek Philology. The Graecum (Greek language examination) is a prerequisite for admission to the Bachelor's degree programme in Greek Philology. Proof is provided by - certificate of general higher education entrance qualification or - supplementary examination for the matura school-leaving certificate (§ 50 Oberstufe- und Abiturverordnung (OAVO) of 20 July 2009 (OJ 2009, 408), last amended by Article 15 of the Law of 18 March 2021 (GVBl. P. 166) or - another proof recognised by the examination board Proof of the Latinum must be demonstrated for admission to courses 2 and 3 of Module VIII, provided by - certificate of general higher education entrance qualification or - supplementary examination for the matura school-leaving certificate (§ 50 Oberstufe- und Abiturverordnung (OAVO) of 20 July 2009 (OJ 2009, 408), last amended by Article 15 of the Law of 18 March 2021 (GVBl.
