In a foundation degree programme in Mechanical Engineering, you will learn everything you need to start your career as a mechanical engineer. There is also an integrated one-year stay abroad in Cádiz (Spain), during which you can improve your Spanish language skills and also deepen your cultural skills. With the double degrees in Germany and Spain, you will be perfectly prepared for an extension of your later field of application to the Spanish-speaking cultural sector (Spain, Central and South America). The first two academic years are completed in Frankfurt am Main, and the third and fourth at the Universidad de Cádiz. The last academic year will be completed in Frankfurt am Main. The final oral examination is taken at the Universidad de Cádiz.

Admission requirements
Admission requirements: -a higher education entrance qualification valid for Hesse. -Language level Spanish B1 (CEFR) An 8-week pre-study work placement must be completed by the beginning of the third semester. NO pre-study work placement is required for enrolment.
