Admission requirements

A successfully completed, eight-semester Bachelor's degree course at the University of Frankfurt with Archaeology and Cultural History of the Middle East as a major subject or successful completion of a degree course with equivalent content of at least eight semesters at another university in Germany. In the case of a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Cultural History of the Middle East, or an equivalent degree in the same or a related discipline with a standard period of study of at least six semesters, admission is granted provided that the candidate demonstrates additional achievements that make his or her application equivalent to the eight-semester Bachelor's major subject at the University of Frankfurt. Language requirements: English and another modern scientific language (active and passive knowledge). Knowledge of the second foreign language must correspond to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
