Alternation of study and practical phases; Your degree course in the higher tax administration service takes three years. It consists of theoretical specialist studies at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Königs Wusterhausen for a period of 21 months and practical study periods in your training tax office for 15 months. The tax administration trains its candidates in accordance with the German Tax Official Training Act (StBAG) and the German Tax Official Training and Examination Regulations (StBAPO).

The course starts on 1 September. Important: Application from 1 September - 31 December of the previous year. - At least general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or a qualification recognised as equivalent. - Grade point average (GPA) of 3.4 or better - At least sufficient average results in the selection test, - German nationality or citizenship of an EU member state, maximum age limit at the time of recruitment: generally 39 years of age - Polish language skills are desirable - For foreign applicants, German language skills at language level C1 or better are required
