Annotation
In the cooperative Bachelor’s degree course in “Health (Nursing, cooperative)”, the degree programme is combined with training as a nurse in one of four cooperating training institutions. Parallel to and building on your training as a nursing specialist, you will receive a first academic degree with the cooperative Bachelor of Health (Nursing, cooperative). During your degree course, you will learn to critically and constructively reflect on your professional actions against the background of relevant concepts, models and theories and thus professionalise your professional actions. From the second year of training, you will complete your first modules at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences as a part-time student parallel to your training. The modules are offered in a blended learning format. After training, you will enter the fifth semester as a full-time student. After the seventh semester, you will choose one of the main areas of study.
Admission requirements
The prerequisite for taking up the course is a training place for the training as a nursing specialist in one of the cooperating training centres; as well as a letter of recommendation from the training centre. Additionally, subject-specific or general higher education entrance qualification or previous education recognised as equivalent. Please visit the website for the degree course for more information.
