Annotation
The specialised knowledge gained from a bachelor's degree in printing and media technology is further developed in the first three semesters and in some cases transferred to new fields of application. Project management and publishing systems play a major role, as do marketing and customer relationship management. The focus is thus on applications that are relevant for advertising agencies and publishers. In tutoring projects, content is developed in teams and passed on in a structured manner in workshops for Bachelor students. This promotes both specialised skills and interdisciplinary qualifications. The projects serve both as a model for later in-company training and for the personal development of future managers in personnel management and project work. In the field of business management, students learn the factors of successful future-oriented and sustainable business development. A special focus is formed by research modules to be taken in each semester, which practice the methodology and implementation of heuristic scientific procedures on different topics. A major research project on topical issues in the field of print or media forms the conclusion of these modules. Modules, particularly in the third semester, may be substituted by study abroad. A far-reaching regulation supports the full consideration of versatile teaching contents.
