The course is aimed at graduates with a first degree in Law or Economics who would like to deepen and broaden their knowledge in the field of Property and Enforcement Law.

The application period for the Master's degree programme in Real Estate and Enforcement Law is from 1 June to 15 July for the start of studies on 1 October, if you have obtained your first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree in Germany.Deadlines for International Students from the European Union

Applicants who have not obtained their first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree at a German institution can apply from 15 April to 30 May for the start of their studies on 1 October via uni-assist. If, regardless of your nationality, you have obtained your first professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree in Germany, apply from 1 June to 15 July of each year for the 1 October of the same year via the HWR.Deadlines for international students from countries that are not members of the European Union
