Completion of a Bachelor's degree course in Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course at an institution of higher education or a completed degree in an Industrial Engineering study course followed by 2 years of engineering-related professional experience or a completed degree of higher education in the engineering field followed by 2 years of professional commercial experience (the selection committee shall make the decision regarding comparability and suitable professions)
