Due to rapid digitalisation, the healthcare system is currently undergoing major transformation. Fresh and effective leadership methods that are reinforced by new working conditions are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the insurance, health and care sectors. An important task in modern health management is to take advantage of Work 4.0 / new work in the healthcare sector and to avoid staff shortages. The Master's degree programme therefore conveys innovative aspects of healthcare as well as knowledge of digitalisation in medicine and nursing. Fields such as digital health and telemedicine as well as the establishment of skills for handling and evaluating big data are also covered. Students are equipped with specific leadership skills in the healthcare sector and are qualified for the recruitment and retention of employees in medicine and nursing. Special skills in the pharmaceutical industry as well as digital knowledge in the field of business and leadership are taught in our courses. Our offers are aimed in particular at specialists and managers in the healthcare sector who are looking for a career after completing their Bachelor's degree.
