The Master's degree course is aimed at all prospective students from Germany and abroad who already have a professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree in Business Law, Law or a comparable degree course and would like to acquire a further professionally qualifying academic degree in the field of Business Law. Graduates can work in many areas of business and administration and are qualified for higher civil service because they have come to know different types of contracts and legal areas and can quickly and confidently familiarise themselves with areas that are unfamiliar to them due to the tools and methods they have learned.
Admission requirements
Admission requirements: - a Bachelor's academic degree in Business Law with a grade of at least "good" (at least 2.50) OR -a Bachelor's degree in the subject areas Law or Economics with a standard period of study of at least six semesters and a grade of "good" (at least 2.50) -a practice semester or at least six months of professional experience after this academic degree. -proven basic knowledge in the following fields: Private Business Law, Labour Law, European Law, Corporate Law, Business Administration, Economics, Specialist Language English. The Law component of the degree must account for at least 50% of the ECTS credits.
