University degree or equivalent degree in a Humanities, Sociology, Law or Economics subject\; command of two European foreign languages. If applicants do not come from countries in Central, Eastern or Southern Europe, one of the foreign languages must be of these areas\; for applicants from non-German-speaking countries, one of the foreign languages must be German.
