Zugangsvoraussetzung zum Masterstudiengang ist ein berufsqualifizierender Hochschulabschluss mit mindestens Abschlussnote 2,5 in einem Studiengang mit 1. mindestens 60 ECTS in wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Modulen und/oder in Modulen aus verwandten Fächern mit eindeutigem Bezug zu Human Resource Management und/oder Organizational Behavior und 2. mindestens 10 ECTS in Modulen mit Schwerpunkt in Statistik, Ökonometrie, Data Science und Methoden empirischer Forschung oder äquivalenten Inhalten. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass die oder der Studierende über ausreichende aktive und passive englische Sprachkenntnisse verfügt, die zur Lektüre englischsprachiger Fachliteratur und zur Teilnahme an Lehrveranstaltungen in englischer Sprache befähigen; dies umfasst auch das Anfertigen von schriftlichen Studienleistungen sowie von Prüfungsleistungen in englischer Sprache.
