People who want to take more responsibility for their fellow human beings or their organisation and who are willing to participate in the design of a sustainable society. People who are willing to be challenged in their own capacity for reflection and creativity, in constructive thinking, in their ability to communicate and implement, and in their willingness to change. Applicants have at least 2 years of professional experience and have successfully completed their first degree – whether as a civil engineer, journalist, theologian, cultural scientist or lawyer...
