Target group
The aim of the course is to give social workers extensive skills to enable them to identify, analyse and competently handle structuring and managerial tasks at the various hierarchical levels in social work institutions. The structuring and managerial tasks which have to be analysed and handled by the social workers can have an economic, legal, socio-political, personnel-related or organisational nature.

Admission requirements
First certificate of academic degree: Certificate of academic degree in Social Work, Social Education or another academic degree relevant to social work with an overall grade of at least 2.3. Professional experience: At the start of the course, proof of at least one year of relevant employment after the first certificate of academic degree. Credit will be given for a work placement. At least two years of professional experience is required with an academic degree other than Social Work/Social Education. Since this is a continuing education, i.e. career-integrated, Master's degree course, professional activity during the degree course of studies is required.
