Target group
Ideal for people who want to gain further qualifications alongside their profession as well as for career changers in the teaching profession. Career goal: Class teacher or subject/upper school teacher at Waldorf schools. The roughly 230 Waldorf schools in Germany are looking for around 600 new class and subject teachers for the intermediate and advanced levels each year. At the centre of the course of study is an in-depth, scientific examination of reform and Waldorf Education in today's educational reality. Special attention is paid to the training of Waldorf pedagogical, scientific and general pedagogical skills as well as to the training of didactics. A further aim is the development of an authentic personality of future Waldorf teachers.

Admission requires a completed first university degree (Bachelor's, Diplom, Magister, State Examination and others, preferably in a subject relevant to teaching).

Payment per semester: EUR 1,526 with monthly payment: EUR 264. With special funding from Waldorf Education, the tuition fees are reduced by a maximum of 120 euros per month
