Target group
The Master’s degree in Medical and Nursing Education is aimed at the target group of graduates with a Bachelor’s degree who have completed relevant study programmes in the fields of therapy, health and nursing sciences and pedagogy. The aim of the Master’s programme in Medical and Nursing Education is to provide graduates with extended skills for teaching at and/or managing schools in the health sector. It is intended to address both bachelor's degree graduates who do not yet have relevant teaching experience, as well as at graduates with a Bachelor’s degree who already teach and/or perform management tasks at schools in the health sector.

Admission requirements
The admission to courses at the MSH is free: talent, motivation and discipline count more than the grade point average on the certificate. Punctuality, good performance and commitment during the studies are of great importance. - Eligibility to study in Master's degree courses in accordance with Art. 39 of the Hamburg Higher Education Act (HmbHG) - a successfully completed relevant Bachelor's degree course in the field of health, therapy, nursing sciences or nursing pedagogy - proof of educational certificates in the case of foreign degrees
