The Master’s in Production Optimisation is aimed at specialists and executives in production management as well as at individuals with potentials who see a future for themselves in this field. At the centre of the course is the increase in efficiency of a production while maintaining excellent quality by means of innovative methods, processes and tools. Key areas include: Process and material flows, manufacturing processes, value creation optimisation, energy efficiency, environment and recycling, cost management and personnel management. The course is offered as a career-integrated postgraduate course based on the blended learning concept. Attendance phases are generally scheduled for the beginning and end of the semester as part of block lectures (Friday/Saturday). The standard period of study is 6 semesters. There is the possibility of shortening the duration of studies through the recognition of academic and professional achievements.

1) First professionally qualifying university degree in the field of Engineering (including Industrial Engineering) with at least 210 ECTS points (applicants with 180 ECTS points can compensate for this in a previous semester) 2. Generally no less than one year of qualified practical professional experience 3.) Language skill requirements for non-native speakers: German B2, English B1
