Target group
Working professionals from all subject areas who require an additional qualification for the continuation of their specialist and management career, through the specialist knowledge that is needed for success and other management/HR management skills offered by the course. Professionals working in roles in technical, scientific and legal areas as well as in the humanities and social sciences, as well as other prospective students with a qualification in Economics who wish to expand their skills in the disciplines of Finance, Strategy and Accounting in line with the market and who also would like to gain the necessary skills in the subject area of Personnel Management and Coaching.
Admission requirements
With a first degree - Completed degree (average grade of 3.0 or better) at a university, university of applied sciences or an accredited Bachelor's degree from a vocational academy - At least one year of professional experience following the first academic degree in the field of Business Administration, Natural or Engineering Sciences, Law, IT as well as Social Sciences and Humanities - With an average grade of less than 3.0, admission is determined by means of an aptitude test Without a first degree - Possession of a qualification for admission to higher education in accordance with the Higher Education Act in Rhineland-Palatinate - At least three years of professional experience with management tasks and with content related to the course - Aptitude test Sound command of English (level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)) are desirable, as a proportion of the lectures are held in English. For information: Command of English is not an admission requirement.
