You adapt systemic content for the existing company organisation and take companies forward with a view to sustainability. Your knowledge ranges from management to systems theory. Sustainable action is central to your analyses and development approaches. You systematically and specifically tackle challenges and develop solutions that significantly improve business processes or completely restructure them. Your understanding of intercultural and international management issues is highly developed. As a manager, you shoulder cross-industry responsibility in the areas of project development, strategy creation and implementation, systemic corporate development and the creation of sustainability concepts, including in globally oriented companies and organisations.
