Employees of auditing companies who wish to prepare themselves for the auditing examination by integrating an academic degree in the form the Master's course.
Annotation
The course prepares for a management position and the auditing examination. Graduates seeking to take this exam only need to take four instead of seven written exams. Completed degree: internationally recognised degree of “Master of Science” in Auditing Course of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and the University of Mainz. Enrolment at the Frankfurt School.
Admission requirements
- A successfully completed final examination in a degree course (at least 6 semesters) at a German university or an equivalent final examination abroad. - Good proficiency in English that allows the student to process specialist literature in English, participate in courses conducted in English and produce written work and hold presentations in English. - Completion of three months of work in accordance with Section 9 (1) of the Auditors’ Code (WPO) and a further three months of auditing in accordance with Section 9 (2) of the Auditor’s Code (placement period) after obtaining the first professionally qualifying degree, but prior to commencing the Master's degree course, as well as - pursuant to passing an entrance examination, which takes account of components relevant to auditing. The examination is regulated in the regulations for the entrance examination for the Master’s in Auditing. - Willingness of the employer to release the employee to the extent required in order to study the intended course.
