Prospective students first complete a Bachelor of Arts course at the Universität Bonn with Protestant Theology and Hermeneutics as a core subject and Catholic Theology or Philosophy as a complementary subject, for example. After completion of the first degree course, graduates enrol for the Master's degree course in Old Catholic and Ecumenical Theology.
