Admission requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Diploma degree with a grade of at least "good" • Basic knowledge of business administration, which must be demonstrated by at least 30 ECTS in basic business administration subjects. • Proof of sufficient practical work experience. This can take the form of, for example, completed vocational training or a guided work placement of at least 18 weeks required as part of the first degree course. • Previous experience in the human resources field (specialisation modules, work placement, Bachelor's thesis) is desirable and strongly recommended. • In addition, a thesis paper on a current HR policy issue must be submitted with the application. The topics are announced in good time on the website. • An interview (oral aptitude test) will serve to assess motivation, aims for taking the degree course and approach to practical HR management issues. • A good command of English is recommended.
