Target group

The course would appeal to graduates of Business and Social Sciences courses with a grade of 'good' or 'very good' with the following requirement profile: - Interest in questions of the labour market, the world of work and human resources - Interest in economic and social science contexts - Interest in independent, also interdisciplinary scientific work - analytical skills - Ability to study literature independently - Good knowledge of German and English. Notice: Students who are only interested in human resources management should rather opt for a pure human resource management Master.

Above-average certificate of academic degree in Economics or above-average certificate of academic degree in Social Sciences with basic knowledge of Economics and Statistics / Econometrics (at least 10 ECTS each).
