Admission requirements
First professionally qualifying Bachelor's academic degree (with at least 210 ECTS credit points) or equivalent certificate of academic degree (e.g. Diplom, Diplom FH (university of applied sciences), Magister, state examination) with an overall grade of at least 'C' (ECTS grade). For admission of graduates with 180 ECTS, a practical phase introduces a bridge module to raise the points to 210 ECTS. English language skills at CEFR level B1. At least two years of professional training, including current relevant employment going back at least one year and allowing the applicant to gain initial executive or specialist experience. Project work on a practical, business-related topic with support from the employer’s first or second management level (mentor). Written letter of consent from the employer, including the name of the mentor.
