Target group
Graduates of the BA Applied Drama at the JLU Giessen (minimum grade: 'gut' or better) or a BA (or equivalent degree) in a theatre-relevant study course. The previous course of studies must have dealt with theatre, media and/or performing arts in practice and/or theory.
Annotation
In the second year, the MA degree programme offers an opportunity either to focus on artistic practice (Applied Theatre Studies: Specialisation 'Practice of Performing Arts') or theory (Applied Theatre Studies: Specialisation 'Theory and Aesthetics of Performing Arts') of theatre.
Admission requirements
1. BA Applied Drama at JLU Giessen or BA (or equivalent qualification) in a subject related to Drama. The previous course of studies must have dealt with theatre, media and/or performing arts in practice and/or theory. 2.
