Graduates of Gerontology Bachelor's degrees or equivalent degrees.
Annotation
From the winter semester of 2024/25, the range of courses will be made more flexible in order to enable students to study in a way that is compatible with family and work commitments. First-year students will have in-person classes only three days a week. In addition, asynchronous or hybrid participation is still possible in many courses.
Admission requirements
Provisional admission is granted for students with at least 150 credit points, a Bachelor's academic degree or another corresponding academic degree (please note the regulations for Master's admission). The prerequisite for admission is a Bachelor's academic degree or equivalent academic degree in a course of at least six semesters in Gerontology, Social Work, Management of Social Services or in another subject-specific degree programme, e.g. in the fields of Economics and Social Sciences, Educational and Behavioural Sciences or Nursing and Health Sciences.
